- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom and 🇮🇪 Ireland

Re-added street direction and type abbreviations in Ireland.

Fixed spaces in highway on ramp instructions. For example, "I-10 East" instead of "I10east", "401 West" instead of "401west".

- 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria and 🇨🇭 Switzerland

Added Windows BaseCamp / MapSource installer.

Fixed bad abbreviations like West Ave appearing as W Ave, South Rd appearing as S Rd, etc.

Removed localities from Cities POI list. Localities are still present when searching by name.
